Make a Song Camp! July 7th-July 11th
1st-5th Grade Small Group (15 kid limit).
9am-3pm aftercare to 5:30p avail (5 kid limit)
$395 per child
Let's make a Song! SMT Director Maureen + Percussionist Joey Jenkins take you on a musical adventure as they perform music from some of their favorite artists and teach you how to do the same! We'll get into the groove with a rhythm circle, learn to strum a ukulele, write lyrics + melodies, and work on our own album art. By Friday we should have at least one song to perform for you, caregivers! Our day includes a daily trip to the Takoma Urban Playground for lunch + play, and a one time walking field trip to our sister business, the House of Musical Traditions to pet the instruments.
